Any and all donations to the Philadelphia Center are very appreciated. Your donation could be monetary, and as a non-profit 501(c)3 community service organization, all monetary donations are tax-deductible. We use PayPal service to process our donations – safe, secure and easy!
Donations we receive go towards covering the costs associated with supports and services that are not – or are only partially – funded by grants and contracts. Examples of how donations are utilized:
- Diapers/Baby formula/ cribs/ car seats
- Condoms/dental dams/lube
- Food baskets
- Funeral Expenses
- Emergency client assistance
- Medical hardware/equipment
- Staff training & travel expenses
- Computer repairs & upgrades
- Advertising & Social Marketing
- Client & Resident activities
- Toiletry & hygiene packets
- Administrative costs not otherwise covered
We are seeking sponsors for our Annual Auction Against AIDS.
Other “in-kind” donations are gladly accepted:
- A new/gently-used Van for Mercy Center residents
- A van for our Prevention & Outreach team
- Computers (new)
- Office Supplies (especially copier paper)
- Clothes (men’s, women’s, and children’s)
- Canned foods / dry staples (rice, beans, etc.)
